PLACING AN ORDER

What forms of payment does VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal. We’re sorry; we do not accept the following forms of payment online: COD, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards with a billing address outside of the US.

Please note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once you place an order on vintagecosmetics.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that your order has been received.

When are orders processed?
Orders are processed after they are placed Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. All order processing is completed within 48 hours. 

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed into our system, it begins to process immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed.

Which shipping options does VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind offer?

VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind offers the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping - shipped via USPS First Class Mail, delivery window is between 3 and 5 days after order has processed. Flat rate of $5.

Expedited Shipping - shipped via USPS Priority Mail, delivery window is between 2 and 3 days after order has processed. Flat rate of $10.

Overnight Shipping - shipped via UPS, delivery is overnight. Flat rate of $50. We regret but we cannot ship overnight UPS to PO Boxes.

VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind charges a flat rate of $5 per destination for our standard shipping option. Enjoy FREE Shipping on orders of $50.00 or more on vintagecosmetics.com. We’ll automatically apply free shipping during checkout. No offer code necessary. Valid only for orders placed on vintagecosmetics.com.

Does VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind ship outside the US?
At this time, VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind is only able to accept orders being shipped to U.S. destinations. At this time, we cannot ship packages to Military APO/FPO addresses. 

How do I track my VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind order?
As soon as your order is processed, tracking information for your order will be issued by email from info@vintagecosmetics.com. Should you not receive this notification in your inbox please check your spam folder or contact happiness@vintagecosmetics.com for details.

BILLING & PAYMENT

Does VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind charge tax?
VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind charges sales tax for the merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged for your order at the time of credit card authorization. You will only be billed for items that are available and in-stock as well as for all pre-sale purchases. You will also be billed for all applicable tax and shipping charges. You will not be charged for out of stock items. 

What will I see on my credit card statement?
The merchant of record on your credit card statement will be listed as VINTAGE or VINTAGE Cosmetics depending on your credit card company.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We strive to delight you with every purchase of VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind. If you are not happy with a product you have received or if a product is damaged, please contact us, within 10 days of your order, via happiness@vintagecosmetics.com and we will assist you.

Should your order be eligible for a return, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee.

Do you test your finished products or any of the ingredients on animals?
No. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals. 

Do you use a third party to test on animals?
No. We do not use a third party to test on animals on our behalf.

What is PrettyU! and The ALUMNAE Program?
PrettyU! & The ALUMNAE Program are members only make-up programs supporting the Panhellenic community and their philanthropies.

Who can become a PrettyU! member?
Matriculated college students between the ages of 18-24 can become a member of PrettyU! The program expires on your 25th birthday.

Does it cost money to be a member?
Yes, there is a one-time only, non-refundable membership fee of $25.00 at sign-up. 

What does the membership offer?
By becoming a PrettyU! member not only are you giving yourself a host of amazing make-up perks – you’re also giving back to a great cause.  20% of your membership fee goes to Sharsheret – supporting women and families of all backgrounds facing breast and ovarian cancer. Members also get to enjoy a FREE Pink Lily Velvet Lip Crayon at sign-up and a 25% discount on all full-price products on vintagecosmetics.com until their 25th birthday. We’ve also got a couple extra surprise perks under our sleeve, which you’ll hear about throughout the year.

How do I sign up?

I am not a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi – can I become a PrettyU! member?
YES! PrettyU! is a make-up membership program designed exclusively for all college students between the ages of 18-24.

I am a PrettyU! member – why is my 25% discount not being applied at checkout?
In order for your discount to activate, you must create an account. Once an account has been created your discount will auto apply at checkout until expiration. If you are still having a problem, please email happiness@vintagecosmetics.com and we will gladly assist you.

I am a college student and want to host a PrettyU! event on campus – how can I do this?

Who can become a member of the ALUMNAE Program?
The ALUMNAE Program is open to all Greek alumna. While our current philanthropic efforts are centered around Alpha Epsilon Phi and their philanthropy Sharsheret, we do have plans to roll-out the ALUMNAE Program to the entire Panhellenic community. What does the membership offer?
By becoming a member of The ALUMNAE Program 20% of every full-price product purchased gets shared between the Alpha Epsilon Phi Foundation and their national philanthropy Sharsheret – supporting women and families of all backgrounds facing breast and ovarian cancer. Members will also receive a full size Sparkling Lipgloss in Snowflake and deluxe size sample of the Illuminating Face Highlighter in Crystal Pink at sign-up to experience the VINTAGE brand.

How will my membership benefit Alpha Epsilon Phi?
10% of all full-price products purchased by an Alumna member will go into the JESSICA LIEBESKIND PRETTYU! FUND. Once the fund becomes sizable, the VINTAGE brand will work with Foundation to select an exemplary, AEPhi alumna, providing her with start-up capital to help fund her entrepreneurial dream.

You can also sign up at any of the AEPhi Alumnae Events where The ALUMNAE Program is being sold. To find out if The ALUMNAE Program will have a presence, be sure to contact your event organizer.

I am a member of The ALUMNAE Program – how can I confirm that my membership has been activated?
In order for your membership to activate the 20% give-back to The Alpha Epsilon Phi Foundation and Sharsheret you must create an account. Once an account has been created membership benefits will auto apply at checkout in perpetuity.
